UrbanAce Is Gearing Towards Series A Funding
After 2,5 years testing and validating business model, this seed stage Jakarta based proptech in technology enabled real estate agent is gearing towards Series A funding.
The decision to raise fund comes as no surprise as Indonesia property market cap has reached 1000 Trillion IDR (70 Billions US$) in 2018. They are divided almost equally between consumer transaction and construction capitalization.
UrbanAce is focusing in the consumer transaction, the typical home buy, sell, and rent that in 2018 alone has reached 284 Trillions IDR (18 Billions US$).
Ronny Wuisan, CEO & Co Founder said “We have raised twice from strategic investors whom believe in what we want to achieve. We will use the Series A funding for expansion to other cities, strengthen tech, sales, training and marketing team and use some fund to promote the value and key message of our brand”
UrbanAce has solid traction as proven case with 568 Billions IDR (36 Millions US$) transaction and 14 Billions IDR (1,2 Millions US$) gross commission. All transaction is coming from a huge agent network of 1100 UrbanAce Ambassador.
